Our story began more than 30 years ago when The Chubb Corporation created a results-focused training program in response to IT talent shortages. The program was such a proven success that Chubb was soon assisting clients like IBM, Johnson & Johnson and UPS with their own unique staffing needs.
In September 2004, The Chubb Institute, Banner Instutite, and Banner College was acquired by High-Tech Institute. With 17 campuses nationwide, High-Tech Institute provides training for Medical and Technical careers in strong demand. High-Tech Institute is based upon excellence in curriculum, staffing, equipment and service to the student body, industry and the community-at-large. The School is committed to a "hands-on" approach to reinforce the theory taught in the classroom and to provide the student with practical experience in the uses of "real-world" equipment. The curriculum and laboratory equipment are frequently updated to adjust to the current needs of modern industry. Few educational institutions are so closely attentive to the professional needs of a rapidly evolving technology and changing industry.
